Heléns Rör AB becomes a part of the Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube Group

Ownership of Heléns Rör AB has changed. The globally operating Dutch Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube Steel Stockist has acquired BENTELER Distributionin the previous owner of Heléns Rör AB. With this transaction Heléns Rör AB becomes a part of the Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube Group.
A strong owner Group focusing on Steel Stocking is an asset to Polarputki. However, this arrangement does not affect Polarputki’s ownership, which remains unchanged. Polarputki Oy is owned by thyssenkrupp Materials Services GmbH (since 1977) 50 % and by Heléns Rör AB (since 1994) 50 %.
